Do you ever wonder whether people would like you more or less if they could see inside you? I always wonder about that. If people could see me the way I see myself—if they could live in my memories—would anyone, anyone, love me? - John Green

Do you ever wonder why such a perfect God would love such a wretched creature as me? I always wonder about that. If I could see myself the way God sees me - through the precious blood of Jesus - then surely, surely, I would live differently, love more fully. I live no longer to hide away my own ugliness - it is gone! - but to allow God’s glory to shine forth in me, broken vessel made anew.
